Yes. If your barber has enabled in-app payments, you can pay safely and easily through GoBarber. Some barbers may only accept payments in person.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime. No additional charge is made. The cancelled appointment time becomes available to other GoBarber users to book.

In your appointment details, you'll see a "Messages" section. You can send messages about timing, directions, or any other questions in no time.

When you book, we place a temporary hold on the payment, to ensure funds are available. The actual charge is only captured by the Barber when the appointment is set to completed.

In the barbershop settings, you can invite team members through the Teams section. Once invited, the team member registers their own Barber account and chooses whether to mirror the main barbershop settings or work independently with their own hours, services, and pricing.

Yes - you can easily manage refunds in the app. If a booking hasn't been confirmed yet, cancelling it will automatically return the payment to your client.

As a Barber, you can set your cancelation window in the settings. If a client cancels within that period, appointments are automatically cancelled and refunded and shown as last-minute openings so other clients can book.

In your barbershop settings, you can edit your working hours, services, pricing, and payment preferences. If you're part of a barbershop, you can either set your own settings or sync with the shop defaults.
